St Tammany REIA Meeting Schedule 2009

The St Tammany Real Estate Investor's Association meets the last Wednesday of each month to advance our knowledge of real estate investing, through strategic planning, and intelligent, informed decisons. We are here with a game plan, an experienced team, working together to achieve victory. The final outcome is to win, to make money, to let our real estate earn us a profit, to generate cash flow.

We meet the last Wednesday of each month, from 6:30 - 8:30pm, at The Greater Covington Center, located at 317 N. Jefferson Ave. at the corner of N. Jefferson and 23rd. St, Covington, LA 70433

Wednesday, July 29th, 2009 from 6:30 - 8:30pm.

Wednesday, August 26th, 2009 from 6:30 - 8:30pm.

Wednesday, September 30th, 2009 from 6:30 - 8:30pm.

Wednesday, October 28th, 2009 from 6:30 - 8:30pm.

Wednesday, November 25th, 2009 from 6:30 - 8:30pm.

We will not meet Wednesday, December 30th, 2009 from 6:30 - 8:30pm.

We will be available for any questions concerning real estate, including home values, inventory, days on market. Questions about researching deeds or mortgages with the Clerk of Court, foreclosures, short sales, REOs, mortgage pre-qualification, title insurance, home inspection. You name it, we are going to cover it. If we do not have the person at our meeting who can answer your question, we will make sure you get in touch with the right person. This is our goal at the meetings. We are here to provide information and build relationships.
