What does this mean to you? Well seems to me, if I was thinking of developing a piece of land in Louisiana, I would take a gander at this toolkit thing. The P and Z (planning and zoning) commissions are taking a look at it and I would be prepared for what they might throw at me. In other words; To be forewarned is to be forearmed.
