St Tammany REIA Meeting, Wednesday March 25th

Wednesday, March 25th, between the hours of 6:30 - 8:30pm, don't forget to attend the St Tammany Real Estate Investors Association meeting. This meeting headlines, Randy Lawshe, owner of H & R Block in Mandeville, long time accountant and real estate investor. She will be speaking about investing and taxes, and have a Q and A following the event. Randy holds a B.A. degree in management and an M.B.A. degree with a major in marketing and finance from Southeastern Louisiana University. Randy owns two H&R franchises where she is also licensed for mortgage services. This is golden opportunity to have an expert at your fingertips. Don't pass it up.

First St Tammany REIA Meeting A Jaw Dropping Success.

LOL. Just kidding.

Seriously, our first St Tammany REIA meeting was a HUGE success as far as we are concerned. 11 first time attendees. We spoke for a few minutes, introducing ourselves, and then we got right down to it. Robert Kiyosaki's CASH FLOW 101. This game can really open up your eyes to the power of income generating properties. Single families, condos, plexes. Pardon me if I am salivating.

Afterwords we spoke for a few minutes about the increasing number, almost 3 fold in 10 months, of REO / Bank Owned homes on the market here in St Tammany, as well there were several questions about tax sale properties, and liens filed against said properties. Then there was an in depth discussion about interest rates, with many of the questions answered by Lance Scott with Integra Lending, located in Madisonville. Beyond that we spoke for almost an hour about upcoming meetings, and speakers we would like to see. Definitely a success, thank the good Lord.

Our next scheduled meeting is Wednesday, March 25th, from 6:30 to 8:30. There will be an opportunity to play CASH FLOW again for sure, as well we are working to provide better services for everyone. Better answers for your questions, more resources for your success.
